First time I'm ever going anywhere near the East Coast first off, let
alone somewhere important. But it's part of a high school journalism
scholarship I won a few months back, so it's basically a week-long conference
in D.C with professional journalists, all expenses paid. We even get to
interview some big names, like Meet the Press's David Gregory, CBS News' Bob
Schieffer, and USA Today founder Al Neuharth (who the program is named after).
Can you believe it?
Hopefully I can get some career advice on entertainment/pop culture journalism too - muhahaha!
Since I didn't have a "song stuck in my head" either (I've been listening to the Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker soundtrack for two hours haha) how about you tell me what song is stuck in YOUR head?
Until then, hope you guys have a great weekend and week and blah blah
blah. Just don't go outside too much - with that heat, you might spontaneously
combust.
Later.
